Die Beach-Villas sind in modernem Design mit hohen Decken und ca. 280 qm. Wohnfläche nach höchstem europäischem Standard ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind auf veschiedenen Ebenen zueinander ausgerichtet und besitzen unverbauten Meerblick.
Neben den 3 Schlafzimmern bieten die Beachhäuser 3 Bäder, eine nach europäischem Standard vollmöblierte Küche, ein Wohn- und Eßzimmer, sowie einen Garten mit privatem Parkplatz und einer Garage.
Die Miete beinhaltet Kabel-TV, Wireless (WiFi)-Internet [wird in kuerze verfuegbar sein],jedoch die Benutzung von allen Resort-Annehmlichkeiten sind in dem Mietpreis nicht includiert.
Bei einem Spaziergang im anliegenden Coco Walk werden sie feststellen, dass Sie sich im luxuriösesten und modernsten Resort der Philippinen (Cebu/Mactan) befinden. Nur eine Minute vom Haus entfernt befinden sich das Resort-Clubhaus und alle internationalen Restaurants, welche sich direkt am resorteigenem weissen Sandstrand befinden.

Note: For per day and weekly rentals, guests have to pay the entrance fee at the Crimson Resort of P1800/person, only if they use the facilities.

• Check-Out Time: 11:00 am, Check-In Time: 1.00 pm
• Please observe silence between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• Please switch off all air-cons if no one is in the room/ house.
• NO food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the Crimson Resort.
• Grilling or cooking at the balcony is strictly prohibited due to fire hazard.
• Long-term rental (Monthly and longer) does not include electric and water costs in rental price. These costs will be charged on check-out against meter reading.
Present electric cost: Peso 6.50/ kWh ; Water cost: Peso 120/ M3
• For a lost Crimson membership card or house key there is a 500 peso charge.
• For short-term rental (Less than one month), Cebu Beach House can arrange a Crimson pass for 500++ peso per person/day. This Crimson pass can be used for beach facilities only (No swimming pool).
• For use of all facilities in Crimson Resort, Entrance fee is 1800++ pesos/person/day.
