Our two beach houses are exclusively located inside the area of a luxury six-star beach resort called "Seascapes" and allow immediate access to the white sand beach stretch facing the resort and the use of all resort amenities and facilities.
Our houses are just a 10 minutes drive from Cebu Airport and a 30 minutes drive (about 6 kilometers) south from center Cebu. The Beach Houses are close enough to have the benefit of shopping malls, clinics, restaurants and entertainment venues but yet far enough to enjoy the atmosphere of privacy, exclusivity and beauty of Cebu Beach.

Our houses are integrated in the six-star resort complex "Seascape", newly built in 2007/08 with world class standard and the finest amenities.
These amenities include: A huge club house, a seminar and function room, dining and music lounge, health and spa centre, two tennis courts, three swimming pools, a gym, four high-quality international restaurants, childrens club etc.
The use of all facilities provided by Seascapes Resort are included in the rental price of our beachhouses.
